We need to pray.

Sorry that it took me nearly one month to post a new blogentry but I'm pretty busy at the moment...there are many classtests, christmasparties and other stuff that wants or needs to be done. But here I am and I want to share about something that is really really important for the christian life....

PRAYING

A few weeks ago I had a picture that helped me to rembember how important prayers are.

I saw a person in the front with a whole army behind. I drew a picture of this and the person in the front is black (he/ she is the one who needs the prayer) and the soldiers of the army are yellow which stands for the "holyness"- I imagined them like angels...

PRAYING for or with someone means to fight the battle, no matter it's spiritually or physically, with this person and to stand behind his/ her back.

I realized that it is so important to tell people about my inwardly or obviously battles which are going on in my life. It is such a blessing when others fight these battles with you!

So remember the verse in Philippians:

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Our god is an awesome god and he hears every prayer! But his ways are not our ways so don't think that he answers your prayers in the way you want him to answer.
