.Grace like rain.

The last week I completely spent at home because I couldn't do anything- on may 5th I got out my wisdom teeth. So the time after that wasn't that nice but it's becoming better and better...today I sang songs again and that was a great feeling to be able to praise the lord =) That's such a privilege to do that and it's good hat I recognised that fact!

But there are other nice things, too! Next week the conference here in Siegen is going to start and I'm really looking forward to seeing friends who come, hearing the teachings and having fellowship with all the brothers and sisters...I love those conferences!
I just expect the lord to do great things in my life but in other's lives as well.I believe that HE is going to do grat things and that he will be glorified. So I'm really excited.

Every Tuesday night we have youth and since the new your we have a new system- on the first Tuesday in the month we have a worship night and in the other evenings we have small groups or a teaching...so when we have small groups(every second Tuesday) we go through the chapter in these groups. Last Tuesday it was 2. Samuel 12. I couldn't be in the youth because of my surgery but nevertheless I prepared the chapter. God showed me great things and really spoke to me. One sentence in the comment of John MacAuthur was a really good one:"Forgiveness doesn't take away the consequenses of sin in this life, just in the future life."
So Bathsheba was pregnant after she spent a night with David- she didn't have to become pregnant but it's a perfect image for sin: -At first one can hide sin/ the fact that one is pregnant but it becomes bigger and bigger and after a time one can't hide it anymore -> so one has to carry the consequences no matter if one surrendered the sin or not. But god is good and he shows his grace to us and so we can spend enternity with him however we sined. But nevertheless we ha to carry the consequences in this life on earth.
